Who Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty (the “Warranty”) is issued by Aroleap Fitness Pvt Ltd (“Aroleap”, “we”, or “us”) to you, a consumer who purchased or received as a gift a new Aroleap fitness equipment or a new Aroleap-branded package of accessories directly from us or from an authorized Aroleap retailer. The Warranty applies solely to you, the original purchaser or gift recipient, and is valid only within India. This Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any subsequent purchaser or user. It is also not applicable to products purchased from unauthorized sources. Some purchasers may have separate agreements with us that override this Warranty. A “gift recipient” is an individual who received a new Aroleap fitness equipment or new Aroleap-branded package of accessories as a gift from the original purchaser; the gift recipient is considered the owner of the original membership attached to that product. This Warranty does not cover any apparel, housewares, or other goods sold by Aroleap or its authorized retailers.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Warranty covers defects in the Aroleap fitness equipment or new package of Aroleap-branded accessories you purchased from us or an authorized Aroleap retailer in India (the “Product”) during the Warranty Period. Aroleap warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and will, under normal and intended use, function substantially in accordance with our product documentation and technical specifications. Proof of Product purchase is required for coverage under this Warranty, and the Product requires an online connection for full functionality.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
The Warranty does not cover the following:
- Commercial use of the Product.
- Software and software functionality, even if licensed or sold with or embedded in the Product, or internet connectivity. Aroleap does not warrant that the use or operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Damage or loss of access due to account termination or suspension by Aroleap.
- Data loss and any costs associated with data recovery.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects or malfunctions resulting from use that does not conform to product documentation and technical specifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, power fluctuations, misuse, neglect, abuse, vandalism, alteration, improper installation by unauthorized peronnel, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage to property resulting from Product installation or removal by unauthorized personnel.
- Products that have been resold, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from unauthorized distributors.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or repair by unauthorized personnel.
- Product returned without prior authorization from Aroleap.
What Is the Warranty Period?
The Warranty period begins from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product, whichever is later. The warranty period of 1 year is included with the purchase by default, you can opt to extend the warranty period at the time of purchase.
Warranty period for replacement parts or replacement product: Remainder of the applicable warranty period or 45 days, whichever is longer.
How Do You Submit a Claim?
Contact Aroleap at contact@aroleap.com to report any Product issues and open a claim under the Warranty. Alternatively, you can report an issue by texting us on the provided whatsapp group for customer service. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue. If remote assistance is not possible, Aroleap may dispatch a technician for further investigation and troubleshooting.
If your Product has a covered defect or malfunction, Aroleap will repair, replace, or refund the Product at our sole discretion. Replacement Products may be new or remanufactured. Aroleap may not return the original Product to you and cannot guarantee replacement or repair without data loss.
What Law Governs the Warranty?
This Warranty is governed by the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Warranty. Aroleap shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. In no event shall Aroleap's liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.
Final Note
This limited Warranty is the exclusive Warranty provided by Aroleap and supersedes any prior representations or warranties. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so these limitations may not apply to you.
