- Hold the handles at shoulder height for stability.
- Lower your body into a squat, keeping knees aligned with toes.

Aroleap Assisted Lunges

- Step one foot forward on the Aroleap platform, ensuring your knee doesn’t go past your toes.
- Lower the back knee towards the ground in a lunge position.
- Push through the front heel to return to standing.

Aroleap Glute Bridges

- Lie on your back with feet flat on the Aroleap platform and knees bent.
- Press through your heels to lift hips toward the ceiling, squeezing glutes at the top.
- Lower back down and repeat.

- Hold the barbell in front of your body with an overhand grip.

- Engage your glutes and hamstrings to return to the standing position.

Push-Ups

- Place your hands on the floor keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them at a 45-degree angle.
- Push back up to the starting position.

Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Core

Rows

- Stand on the Aroleap machine, holding the D-handles in front of you.
- Pull the handles towards your torso, engaging your back muscles and keeping elbows close to your body.
- Slowly return to the starting position.

Bulgarian Split Squats

- Stand with one foot on the Aroleap platform and the other on the floor behind you.
- Lower your back knee towards the ground, keeping the front knee aligned with your toes.
- Push through the front heel to return to standing.

Plank Pulls

- Position yourself in a plank position, with your hands on the Aroleap machine handles.
- Hold your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
- Pull the D-handles attached to the machine towards your chest while maintaining your plank form.
- Slowly return to the starting position, keeping your core tight.

Squat to Press

- Stand on the Aroleap machine with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the D handles in front of you, palms facing forward.
- Perform a squat, lowering your hips until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
- As you rise from the squat, press the D handles overhead, fully extending your arms.
- Lower the handles back down and repeat.

Quads, Glutes, Shoulders, Triceps

Renegade Rows

- Get into a plank position with your hands on the Aroleap D handles.
- Row one handle towards your torso while stabilizing your body with the other hand.
- Alternate the row with each arm while maintaining a solid plank.

Back, Core, Shoulders, Triceps

Single-Leg Deadlifts

- Stand on one leg on the Aroleap platform with the other leg slightly extended behind you. Hold the barbell with both hands, palms facing towards your body.
- Lower the barbell toward the ground while keeping a slight bend in your standing knee.
- Engage your glutes and hamstrings to return to standing. Repeat on the other leg.

Barbell Squats

- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell resting on your upper back.
- Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight.
- Return to standing by pushing through your heels.

- Stand with a barbell across your upper back and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Take a step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
