Things required from you during installation

In order to complete the installation properly, you will have to keep the following ready:

  1. Internet Connection

You will need a strong and reliable WiFi connection that will allow for the streaming of audio and video.

  2. Power Outlet

The machine needs a grounded, 3 prong power outlet (6A standard socket will be sufficient). The location of the power outlet needs to be within 4.5 feet of where the machine will be installed. In case the same is not available, you can make use of extension cords.

  3. Supporting Walls

Aroleap can be easily installed on most solid brick and solid concrete walls.

  4. Space Required: A total of 4x2 square feet of space will be needed. The ideal space requirement would be 6 feet along the wall on which the Aroleap is being installed (3 feet on either side from the centre of the machine) and another 6 feet outwards from the wall.

  5. Ceiling Height: The ideal height clearance is 7.2 feet, as this will allow for the complete extension of the adjustable arms of Aroleap.  However, the minimal space requirement would be 3.2 feet along the wall and 7.2 feet for the height.

Installation steps for the smartest home gym equipment

Aroleap is easy to install and will be up and running in minimal time. The packaging will come complete with everything required including the body, the flat bench, accessories inclusive of D-handles, rope, barbell and ankle straps.

Here are the steps that our installation team will follow to setup your home gym:

    1. Getting the machine out
      1. Once the box has been opened, the 10 allen bolts on either side of the mirror will be removed and the mirror will be taken out with extreme care.
      2. The 4 nuts on the frame will be removed next, which will allow for the removal of the machine from the packing.

    2. Drilling holes in the wall
      1. Once the exact location of the machine has been determined, the marking for the drilling process can start.
      2. The machine, without the mirror, has to be held firmly against the wall, ensuring that there is no gap.
      3. Using a long thin pencil, the spots for drilling need to be marked through the frame. Our team will check and recheck to ascertain that the markings are absolutely precise.
      4. Now the machine can be kept aside and using the 8mm drill bit, the first holes can be made. Then, using the 13mm drill bit, the holes can be enlarged for the anchor bolts.

    3. Installing anchor bolts
      1. All the anchor bolts have to be checked, before being installed and once placed in the drilled holes, they have to be tightened to the level that the threads are no longer visible.
      2. After the anchor bolts have been inserted completely and tightened, the bolts can be removed.

    4. Mounting the machine
      1. Now the machine is ready to be mounted. Our team will ensure that the machine is aligned with the holes on the wall.
      2. Along with the 5mm thick spacers, that will be provided, the longer bolts can be fixed and this will allow for the machine to be properly bolted to the wall. The longer bolts have to be used for the bottom 4 holes, while the shorter bolts are meant for the 2 top holes.
      3. All the Allen bolts need to be tightened completely and properly. A total of 4x2 square feet of space will be needed. The ideal space requirement would be 6 feet along the wall on which the Aroleap is being installed (3 feet on either side from the centre of the machine) and another 6 feet outwards from the wall.

    5. Closing the machine
      1. The tablet that is provided with the machine has to be installed first.
      2. The tablet needs to be tightened to the level, where you can move it with ease, but stays in the position that you leave it in.
      3. The cable that comes out of the tablet, needs to be connected with the charger inside the machine. Proper points have been provided inside the machine to ensure proper routing of the cable. This ensures that there is no loose cable inside the Aroleap.
      4. The tablet can now be turned upwards and the mirror can now be closed. The 10M5 Allen can be used to bolt the mirror to the machine.
